Water District Letter Contains pertinent information to help you sign up for an account. Some water district use a Location Code or a Trac Number. This number can be found on your the letter. You can add the number to the "Special Instructions Or Comments" section. Portland Water Bureau customers receive a set of labels. The labels have the backflow assembly details. Let us know you received them by adding a note in the "Special Instructions Or Comments" section.

No need for an appointment if your backflow is accessible. If your backflow is not accessible, behind a locked gate, basement or other please select the appointment needed.

Do You Know Specifics About Your Backflow Assembly? Select Yes to add assembly to test. If you have your letter or know where your backflow is located you can enter that information. Select a Water Purveyor from the drop down list. Add backflow assembly details; Backflow Location, Serial number, Make, Model and Size.

Enter Payment Info and you are all set. Our team will receive an email stating you have signed up and we can get your test routed for testing. Once the testing is completed we will file the report with the water district and you will receive a copy via email with your invoice.
